Our returns policy/ cash refund time period is limited to 30 days. After 30 days from the purchase date unfortunately we are unable to offer you a cash refund or exchange. An exchange or cash refund may be offered up to 30 days from the purchase date and limited to the value of the original receipt which must be produced in all cases in store. Exchanges or cash refunds will also be given up to 30 days if in the event of a manufacturing defect. Any product which is under a 1 year guarantee period stated for that product shall be replaced or cash refunded by way of an identical or updated product item if a manufacturing defect has been identified and the original receipt is produced.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned both online and in store due to hygiene reasons, The items non returnable are cosmetics, earring's, Natural Oil perfume, Perfumes Sprays with seals opened.
Online products returned by post must be sent by registered mail/courier within 30 days of purchase and the purchaser must pay for any returns online. Where a manufacturing defect has been identified the purchaser shall be refunded the cost of shipment when proof of shipment costs have been sent. Returns approved shall be in the form of an exchange or credit note to value of the original purchase which you can use for the purchase of another product within the shop unit address on the receipt. (This does not apply to sales items unless a manufacturing defect is present)
